Rated 4 out of 5 by from Add on fees are a bit much Using Turbo Tax is simple and convenient. However, the add-on fees are a bit much. I could not find one document because it was hidden under the W2s (I have a foreign income) cost $50 just to show me where the document was located. I also didn't like that the person helping me asked to take over my computer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Software problems Turbo Tax has been always very reliable, but this year my CA tax was rejected, it was a wake up call when I found out it was a software problem, I always though I could trust my taxes to you, but even the most sophisticated system fail, and we can be in trouble with the CA Franchise Tax agency. That is a scary thing, you don't want to mess with these agencies.
