Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASIEST THING I HAVE DONE ALL YEAR!!! Super Easy!! And I got back more with Turbo Tax than I did last year with a CPA doing my returns. Turbo Tax looks out for you gives you suggestions on the best routes to take to get the most back on your taxes!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is my Favorite! The only issues Iv had on turbo tax is being locked out of my account or forgetting my pin. If my biggest issues involve protecting my information, jumping through hoops in order to get in and file then really is there any problem? I think not! Confirming yourself as the account holder is not a pain when it's your account! Turbo Tax recognized!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great - until something bad happens Been using for past 11+ years. Have purchased and used the "Max Benefits" package. This package claims identity theft, awareness, and protection. Went to file this year - cannot e-file because SSN has already been filed on another report - told to paper file and contact IRS as it is "outside their privy" to stop the fraudulent filed federal return. So great services and packages - until you need to use them.. Then you are stuck doing the paper process, alone.

The entire process, from First Click on through to the final Filing Click, is an exercise that instilled confidence, built trust, assured verification, promoted innovation, and assured the timely delivery of my refunds. I didn't think twice about filing my 2020 returns with the TurboTax Online Free Edition! My favorite feature pulls W-2 and 1099 data QUICKLY from the IRS, so I don't have to worry about costly input errors. This is NO BARE BONES service trying to get me to upgrade. TurboTax asks the right questions at the right time, giving me links to find answers FAST! I just filed 22 minutes ago and TurboTax sent me a text informing me that the IRS has already accepted my Federal return. Wow! What else can I say? Thanks, TurboTax!!! Now I can get on with the rest of my day!
