Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy Preparing the taxes by myself this year was relatively easy. I was able to import my W-2 form and other tax forms, and follow the prompts from TurboTax. I was able to finish filing my taxes in about 30 minutes, and go over all the necessary steps to submit and file.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Around I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time. In that time I used 1 other tax service, its been 11 years since i started working, and that tax service was no where near as good as the service I get from the online tax experts at turbo tax.

I had multiple questions along the way due to my new filing status. I was working myself into a frenzy. I requested a live chat with an agent and had the pleasure of receiving a call from an agent named Cassandra. Cassandra was patient with my flurry of questions and concerns. Cassandra explained in detail the information regarding the questions that had been confusing me. She was engaging, professional and polite. I felt relieved after our conversation. Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax always upcharges Every year, they change what you can do with the free edition and always makes you upgrade so you have to spend more money. Just one slight form more, and that requires you to get deluxe or plus, automatically. No real choice in the matter.
