Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Makes Doing Taxes Much Easier I have been using Turbo Tax since I believe 2012. I have been so happy with the ease of entry - the info from the previous year carried over and especially the Live help if and when needed. I have used the help a handful of times and have been very satisfied with the indivduals that worked with me.

Some of the information was uploaded wrong and I didn't notice and ended up paying $150 after tax to get help from Turbo Tax people to fix their mistake. I didn't think that was fair. It was still better than paying over $300 at a tax place. Next year i'll put in my own stuff no more uploading

HAVING THE GO BACK ARROW SIMPLY/QUICKLY ALLOWS FOR DOUBLE-CHECKING MY DATA SUBMITED. I CANNOT FATHOM NOT USING TURBOTAX EACH YEAR! AN AMAZING PRODUCT! FOR EVERYONE.
