Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT is Convenient I have a simple tax filing. TT is user friendly. I had a slight hiccup this year in that my mortgage company didnt pay the real estate taxes in 2020. TT didnt want to skip that even though the program indicated that my std deduction was higher. I had to actually enter 0.00 in the real estate tax line to get past it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Help Came Through I had help from a phone call with Ashleigh to switch me from Premier to Basic; I had been changed to Premier without my permission. Laborious, but she did it for me. I will now stay with TurboTax.

I’ve used TurboTax for the last several years and I’m very pleased with how easy it is to work through what most people feel is a difficult process. I can’t imagine using anybody else besides TurboTax and would recommend it to any and everybody that is looking for a good company to file with. Thank you very much for making this process so easy.
