Rated 1 out of 5 by from didn't like that I had to pay to do my taxes Turbotax advertises free tax returns, then made me pay $80 to file my state and federal returns. I was already done with them but should've just filed with the IRS for free..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and every year their platform gets easier to navigate. I enjoy the search box that allows me to search for specific forms I need. I also appreciate the explanations of why I owe or are receiving a refund. They have additional services so if you have questions you can call or email and speak to a real person. This is great because it allows you to work at your own pace and seek help as needed, which saves you time. One of my most favorite features is the systems way of finding you tax breaks and determining the best way to claim your deductions (standard or itemized). If you are computer literate and enjoy working at your own pace, you would see the value in using Turbo Tax.
