Rated 2 out of 5 by from support could use work this is my fourth year. this time was the first time my returns were rejected by federal and state. It was unclear why. I waited in a que for over an hour to have someone help me clear it up. when finally a live person came on I was told they had closed. Literally could have told me that before I waited an hour. I just had to guess at what the problem was because I don't have another hour to wait in a que. :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some of the forms are (expletive deleted) annoying This year.. even though it knew my employer's donation to my HSA.. it claimed the whole contribution to the HSA was invalid and wanted to charge me an extra 6% on those contributions. If you're gonna punish me for something.. why not auto-populate it with the facts you know? DUH! :)
