Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax went from being the best to worst!!!~ I have been a TurboTax user for thirty years and this year it went from the best to the worst. In fact it seems to have changed to a criminal enterprise. You want to charge me if I have a refund. The technical person I talked to was worthless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Gets The Job Done TurboTax really does allow you to get through your taxes easily and efficiently within an hour, just hate that over the years the ridiculous fees adds up, like if you want them to take the money from your refund, they add an additional inconvenience fee for that. Otherwise, I would give TurboTax 5 stars.

I appreciate Turbotax and the services it provides me because it works with my schedule and job so that I can file when it's convenient for me and not a local office. Thank you Turbotax and experts.
