Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has gotten worse, not better. I had multiple documents to upload and was interrupted during the process of uploading them. There was no way to easily go back and see which documents had been uploaded. Also, it was not possible to see the data from those documents. Terrible experience trying to find how to do that through the chat and the person helping. When selecting filing, it tried to have me open a Credit Karma debit card rather than use an existing bank account - shameful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tool! However difficulties may occur. Have used Turbo Tax Business for several years. It is a great tool and may make the tax preparation experience a pleasurable one. We did encounter an error code this year when attempting to e-file. It was not possible to discuss directly with support staff, but it was resolved using the blog with a series of questions and comments by other users.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! I very easily did my taxes as usual with turbo tax this year. I file an extension for the first time easily as well as did estimate payments for first time. Had to get assistance with the W-4 Form from turbo tax support and all went well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to follow putting information in the forms. I had to contact a live expert and she was very helpful. Somehow I must have accidentally removed a number and couldn't find my taxes due. I think her name was Lakedra, or close to it.
