Rated 2 out of 5 by from 28 minutes?? Jesus christ it took over 3 hours Who the hech finishes in 28 minutes that's absurd I started this process at like 10pm. It's 1:30 now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Almost usless this year. Using the step by step instructions, the program repeatedly went to a blank screen when I needed to input data; eg. ssa-1099. If I hadn't been using turbotax for 20 years,I wouldn't have known how to work around the errors by going into the forms section for direct input.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fees Overall cost wasn't made to be clear until the very end. Not something I thought was right or even ok. The fees should be shown at the very beginning, as I could have gone to my normal tax preparer and paid less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time user, now forever user! I have never filed my taxes before on my own. My normal tax guy wasn't returning my calls and a family member recommended Turbo Tax. I love how it had easy to follow questions that allowed you to click on them for more information about the question. This was very helpful and made it easy to use!
