Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax was so easy to use. My information from last year was already there which is a huge time saver. It gave me quick answers to questions as I went through my return without taking me out of my return. I would definitely recommend Turbo Tax as your go to - year after year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't get problem resolved Our Arkansas return has been rejected 3 times because Turbo Tax did not send a copy of the Oklahoma Return with it. Have gone through the steps to fix the problem both with and without a specialist and it still gets rejected. When I review the Arkansas return the Oklahoma return is included. Now I can't even get a person on the phone, all I can get is instructions on how to check on my refund from the virtual assistant which is not what i need help with. Haven't had any problems with Turbo Tax in the past, doubt I will be using it again!
