Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax made filing my son's tax return fun! It was my teenage son's first year to file taxes. Turbo Tax made it easy and actually enjoyable to file the return. Great guidance and help!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I should have done the work myself I have mentioned this in previous feedback. I opted to pay an expert because I decided that I didn't want to spend all the time looking up how to answer the harder questions. However, the expert ended up requiring me to "remain on the line" for 3 hours when I was only needed for 15-20 minutes of that time. If the agent wants to improve their service then they should review my file ahead of time, make note of what isn't available, use the chat to make simple requests, and then call me once they have spent their own time looking everything over. That would have cut down the amount of time I would have had to be on the phone to 15-20 minutes. If I had known ahead of time that I would be required to be on the phone for 3 hours, I would have taken the time to do it myself, and save myself a lot of money.
