Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still Too Much Upselling Second year using online version. This year was swamped again by upsells and noticed a couple of errors in the application along the way. Finally had to get customer support on the line to overcome one of the application errors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Achieves the Impossible - Making Taxes Easy TurboTax explains everything in detail each step of the way, and the layout is extremely easy to use and understand. I used to dread taxes and put them off until the last minute, but now I don't mind them at all. I feel like I actually understand what I'm doing, as I'm doing it. You can click on anything you don't understand and get a more in-depth explanation. So easy!
