SNEAKY CHARGES - "$40 cost is not apparent upon attempting to submit" - this is a terrible practice and all of your other charges are very noticeable and clear, except this charge... Otherwise enjoyed the product and thank you

Only issue was when I tried to override what was considered a mistake (although it wasn't) I couldn't work out the issue and couldn't get help. When I logged back in, the issue was resolved. Just frustrating.
