Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax My experience was not as good as previous years..It would have been helpful to see the differance between filling jointly or separately,It was very disappointing when trying to get a code to get the $20 discount on my state return, it took over an hour to get it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from OverCharged I paid $80 - to file a federal & state return (which the site initially said was free) and was forced to upgrade because I had an HSA. Not to mention TurboTax blew up my email inbox nagging me to file. Back off, TurboTax. I file when I am ready despite your emails. Last year with TurboTax for sure!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Review - so/so I was happy until the end when I had to adjust my Turbo Tax service because I sold stocks and it doubled the cost. Seems kinda shady to pile that on at the end. Otherwise it was a good experience.
