Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but a few irritants TurboTax does a great job of guiding you through the tax preparation process. A minor irritant: the paying of audit defense and state tax e-filing (which should be included!!!) requires you to enter the identity and payment information twice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easier than doing my own I hate paying the fees, since there are so many free options, but I always seem to have one teeny tiny thing that kicks it into a more complicated return, causing TurboTax to charge me. That's the only thing I don't like - otherwise, it's so nice to walk through all the income, deductions, etc in detail to find everything. And one-stop shopping convenience comes at a price I guess.
