Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax but... I love Turbo Tax, I've used it every year for filing. I always self file and have never had an issue. Last year, I was told I should have received more (from a friend not in the tax field) so this time around I clicked the option to ask a question to a representative. I was highly disappointed with the price I was charged. It was $89 for a 2 min phone call and turns out I didn't need to do anything more and nothing needed to be reviewed, however I was still charged. I wasn't going to ask the question but at the end of my taxes it said 'ask a question its free' - no it was $89. Safe to say I will never do that again - most questions you do have you can easily figure out in their question bar at the top of the screen. Other then that I will still continue to file with Turbo Tax, just gonna stick with doing it on my own. Much cheaper!
