Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pop Up Prices I have been with Turbo Tax for a minute now . Never had a problem with them until now. They give you the option to pay with card or pay with your taxes. I chose too pay with taxes, not knowing they charge for that. I showed at the end. I was quoted in the beginning of a certain amount and to my unknowing there was an extra amount added. I will not be using TURBO TAX again.

They continued to add the Low Income sheet to my file even though I didn't qualify for it and my wife and I are not filing together. Some of your agents were not helpful or polite but the call I had around 1:00pm on 2/7/2023 was great! She was amazing, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Need more like her.
