Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY spotty customer support I had a technical (system bug) issue with TurboTax Live Self-Employed and, after spending 40 minutes on the phone with a TurboTax Live 'Expert' listening to him 'hmmm' while he repeatedly took me through all the things I'd already tried. He finally said he couldn't help me so I asked him to escalate my case. He asked what that meant and when I explained it, he said that's not an option. So I asked, 'so you're saying I'm just out of luck?', and he said 'yeah' and hung up on me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great! I have been using TurboTax for 15 or so years and it gets better each year with simple to follow questions and its easy to skip an item and come back to it at a later date once you have the information.
