Rated 3 out of 5 by from Really needed help My property tax that I entered was not coming out correct later in the return due to some calculations that were done. I entered my 1098 info and it made it very confusing even though i upgraded to the more expensive version. This never used to happen before.. I hope next year is better. Why should I pay 100$ to ask why this is happening. Customer service needs to be better.

The website kept giving me errors on a few things that I could not fix, because I had already entered everything correctly. Other than the errors it was the same TurboTax, which is a very good tax filing system.
