Rated 1 out of 5 by from One Expert Left Much To Be Desired! Everything went smoothly with ONE MAJOR exception. We referred a question regarding mortgage refinancing, a HELOC and cash out to Russell in Brooklyn. After 30-45 minutes of futile efforts, he could not answer the question, said he would refer it to a supervisor and would call back "in a while". We waited all afternoon and the next morning and never received a call. We made 3 or 4 calls to other experts, who could not assist because the matter was handled in another department. We finally gave up and figured it out ourselves (hopefully it's correct). We believe a refund would be in order!
