Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good but getting too expensive A good product but I find it to be fairly dishonest to roll it out with the government, likely our taxes paid for it to be free, only then to turn around and charge the consumer so much. I just spent a near day's wage filing my taxes which I am mandated to file . . . a system so complex that I now am forced to have some one help me file them and have to pay for it. . . for us working class people, this is very unjust. I took note of how much your CEO is worth. I plan not to be using this product in the future. . . I stand disgusted that he can be worth so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s what I want It’s easy to navigate . I’ve been using turbo tax for maybe 10 years and I feel confident that my returns are acceptable and no problem at all. Highly recommended to everybody who wants to file their returns quick and easy.

I had to reach out to one of the live assistants for a question and they were extremely easy to work with and answered my question in just a few short minutes. She was polite and knowledgeable and I feel confident with her answer to my question. Doing taxes is no fun, but Turbo Tax made it easy and quick and was there for me at each step.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Customer for years!! The ease and convenience of the program is what keeps me coming. TurboTax walks you through the filing process day or night. When you are ready. You can come back and continue where you left off. You can amend after you have filed. TurboTax is well worth it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax Premier I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for years and upgraded to the Premier product this year. Overall I am satisfied with the product. However, I found the directions for WI adjustment to capital gains to be very confusing. The way it was worded made it seem like I needed to reduce the federal amount by 30% in 1 of the early entries. Then later on, the program made the adjustment automatically. There was also a form that needed to be attached to the WI return showing "revised for WI purposes" that never populated. I attached the pdf file for the entire return excluding that form and the program said my return was complete. I found that to be very confusing also.
