Rated 2 out of 5 by from There are too many bugs I had issues entering my home mortgage interest rate. I kept getting an error and they said they had no estimated date to fix it so i had to go around it. I'm not impressed with this especially without how much money i am paying to file my taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Coding NOT tested prior to 2020 Tax Returns We have used TurboTax for several years & never had issues. But this year was a nightmare. There is a question regarding 1099 income that says "You may be eligible to defer taxes. If you don't want to defer, skip this section." If you skip it, you will get a detail to review when trying to file. The assistants that I spent 2 hours on the phone with could not resolve this issue. I had to first do a clear and start over, which is a pain in the butt. Then they told me, just continue & don't worry about it. Yeah, that doesn't work because you are FORCED to resolve the error before filing. So, let me help you TurboTax- DO NOT SKIP THAT SECTION. Enter the income for the date range & then tell it you want to defer "$0". I repeat, DO NOT SKIP THE SECTION!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Service Turbo Tax was very easy to use at a fraction of the cost of our CPA firm. Since retirement our taxes have become a little less complicated but still had a number of issues. We are very confident that software produced very accurate returns.
