Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shady Pricing I like the ease of Turbo Tax, but I don't like the hidden fees. They start you out by telling you it will be free to file your Federal Taxes and 30-40 bucks for state. By the end, the pricing has changed to 70+ for both. I wish they would just be honest up front. I would probably still pay it. I'm not a fan of the shady shady.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst year of Turbo Tax I've experienced I've been a Turbo Tax user for the past 10 years and unfortunately this year's turbo tax has given me a lot of headaches. One of my returns saved over another and the updater when Turbo Tax boots has continuously failed. I've had to uninstall and reinstall 4 times now as it seems to always fail due to a directory access error. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps, even the manual update download from their website with no luck. If I experience this issue next year I will never use Turbo Tax again.
