They are very professional, try their best to help you solve any problem that may come up. My only issue about Turbotax is the cost that it takes to fill your taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax needs a upgrade The 2020 version has a number of glitches. I eliminated wages earned in 2019 carried over from filing last year, but they kept popping up in later section. Took twice as long to complete. Also Turbo tax won't accept symbols in the address lines for credit card payments. My address contains 1/2 in it. Had to make something up and hope my card didn't get rejected because the billing address wasn't quite right. Fix this Turbo tax
