Rated 4 out of 5 by from Paying Before You Know You Can E-File I honestly used to love the relative ease of this site however, now there are so many things that can't be resolved without assistance - which costs extra if you're not calling in. speaking of calling in, the number was buried under a very irate comment in the review section and I couldn't find it anywhere else on the site. Overall the site is well done and very thorough EXCEPT when it comes to clarity on points of no return and assistance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax meet and exceeded my expectations! I chose to use TurboTax Live as I had some questions and it has been years since I had prepared my own taxes. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how knowledgeable and personable their representatives/tax experts were. I would highly recommend them!
