Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Easy I liked how they retain information I put from my 2020 tax return and had it ready for me now. It freed up quite a bit of time to work on my current W-2 and other information. They also have a useful help links which quickly answer my questions.

They made all the information easily accessible, and if there was something I was un-sure of, there was someone there to help me. I will be recommending this service to anyone that asks and will continue to use Turbotax in the future. Thank you again. <3

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Painless Tax Filing I really enjoy the importing of my different tax forms as it makes the entire process much simpler. I have investment accounts which can get complicated, but the importing feature makes it much more manageable. I really feel like TurboTax does a thorough job of reviewing all of my info and flag things that may need a second look. I believe this is my 4th year filing with TurboTax and I think it's a great value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just a few problems in finding "file by mail" Just a few problems & frustrations trying to change from Direct Deposit to File by Mail. But finally got there. Probably would have been easier if using my laptop instead of my phone also.
