Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Horrible I had a problem and contacted Turbo for some assistance, I had one rep who had me delete everything and reinput No correction. Called back and got anoter rep who did not even have a clue what was going on and expected me to fix the issue. Would not recommend this product and I believe I might head in another diretion next year,. All three of us who used Turbo this year. H&R Block would of done better!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No more free filing I have used turbo tax for years. Turbo tax helped me file my first year that I had to file taxes, it has always been free. However this year it was $224 to file my taxes, that doesn't seem like a lot to some people. However to someone who is single and doesn't get much of a refund anyway, that is a lot. TurboTax has always been known for easy free filing. I love the way you make it simple however I hate that they took the free filing away. I filed this year, however next year I may switch to a different free filing site if it will be $224 just to file taxes with TurboTax
