Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax TurboTax always makes filing taxes stress free. I love the ease of inputting all your information and how they coordinate with ADP to input your W2 forms. I will definitely be using TurboTax for many years!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from $40 Charge to Pay with Refund I have filed with Turbo Tax for 8 years now. I was hesitant this year due to the second stimulus check issue, but I decided convenience was easier for me this year. Filing my taxes is a pretty quick and simple process, and I'm okay with paying the $40 fee for services as well as the $40 fee for my state taxes. The $40 fee for using my refund to pay Turbo Tax those fees..... is ridiculous. Has this always been the policy? Maybe. Considering the economic instability nipping at the heels of working class Americans during this Pandemic, it just seems like that fee is taking advantage. The process of actually filing the taxes was super streamlined and easy.... so I will say that is a positive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No More Pencils In the Stone Age (before Turbo Tax) my taxes were not complicated enough to pay an accountant. However, the battle of pencils and erasers took up hours of a day. Since using Turbo Tax I do not dread filing day.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit buggy this year. Overall, it is quick and easy. This year it kept asking for my wife's W-2 information, but she was not employed in 2020. Even though I deleted it when I went through the income, it still came up on the review before I file. I had to jump back to the income section and delete it a second time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from W2 Error It asked me to fill in my W2 twice and doubled my income almost causing me to lose 2000 if I wouldn’t have caught it.
