I first tried e-file and found not as user friendly as turbotax. I loved that I could photograph my documents and the upload them making it less likely to make a mistake. LOVE turbotax - thanks!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Preparing taxes is fun! Preparing taxes is not fun but Saundra made it easier. I basically answered questions and she did all the thinking. She drank coffee and I went to make myself a cup of coffee. All in all, a good experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Satisfied with Turbo Tax Premier I didn't run into any issues which was my biggest fear. Got through fairly easy with a relatively more complicated filing situation than the average person. I didn't need to ask for help, thankfully.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need to make it easier for standard deduction Every since they raised the standard deduction the software makes me go thru all the steps as if I were itemizing. Yet every year I wind up using the standard deduction. A lot of work for nothing! If I know nothing has changed from last year and I know I will be using the standard deduction again give me the option to use it from the beginning.
