I was set to receive a $30 discount that was applied before I had to pay but when I was invoiced, the discount was not applied and I was charged the full price.

Sometimes I really didn't understand what to do and I used to just breeze through doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. Perhaps it will just take some getting used to.
