I do not fault her at all - it seemed like the program was making it more difficult for her. This was frustrating on my end. I most likely will not use this service next year.

I have used them since, they monitor the process very carefully and even check on your feelings about your situation while they are preparing your taxes. I am very happy with this company and their commitment to stand behind you when and if you get audited.
