The program moved flawlessly from one topic to another when stepping through each item and when choosing my own topics to work on. It is a truly outstanding product.

I was given little pop ups periodically advising tips as well as guiding me along the way. I also reached out to a real time chat agent which came on screen in about 3 min and helped to walk me through my question
