Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awsome I had trouble doing it by myself but your team went through told me to take some stuff off of my profile even though when they told me to take something’s off and my amount that I was given back dropped $4,000 I was still ok with it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unfair fees I have used TurboTax for YEARS and it is always the easiest way to do things. However. I find it extremely unfair that new fees pop up every year. I don't agree with the fact you can either pay 39$ to file or that and an extra 39$ to take my money out of my return. I really don't think it is fair to make that extra fee!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, but not great for start/stop filing The Turbotax software is easy to use and almost dummy proof. However, if you are not savvy on tax filing, you need to have ALL of your documents ready so you can dedicate the 1-2 hours it may take to properly file your taxes. If you start the process and stop in between due to lacking the proper documents, the software will allow you to proceed, but it may be confusing once you return at a later time to fill in the areas you may have skipped. This especially becomes apparent when you perform the filing checks and the software takes you to fillable screenshots of the specific tax forms, where you have to provide accurate numbers, which is completely different (and a little intimidating) from using the friendly software questions that help you fill out the forms (done in the software background). Just my opinion; you may none of these issues if you are tax-saavy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was easy to follow Overall-satisfied with the process and how smoothly it went. My ONE disappointment was concerning the rate structure. Three times during the process--I was asked "Do you want to upgrade to Premium" and each time I answered NO. When everything was done and ready to file-- the system WOULD NOT LET ME FILE UNLESS I UPGRADED TOO PREMIUM!! Once I upgraded--the return was accepted however upgrading to premium made no difference in my return at all. A determining factor whether I use Turbo Tax again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use - Year After Year I don't mind doing my taxes each year because Turbo Tax makes it quick and easy. Turbo Tax remembers my info. from previous years and asks questions to get me the biggest refund. I totally recommend this product!
