Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Was Stressful in 2022 Filing 2021 Taxes! TurboTax was a considerable disappointment when filing my 2021 Federal Income Tax Return! The system was sluggish and taxing, to say the least, when compared to my 2020 filing. I used TurboTax through the IRS Free File portal last year, and had no problem quickly entering all information and efficiently e-filing my 2020 return. But this year, TurboTax is no longer partnering with the IRS. It took me three times as long this time trying to get the System to process my information; some leading questions weren't clearly stated; it wouldn't print out certain documents, nor the final tax return forms. There were too many technical hangups this time around. It was very disappointing!

Its very easy and convenient to be able to learn how to file your own taxes as well as the capability of helping another. The fee's weren't that bad for my 1st year of paying but I hope the prices become bundled for services for a bit cheaper cost since the pandemic is still current causing major financial hardships.
