Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ripped Off for $40 Same as past years TurboTax was great for doing my Taxes. But when it came time to pay by Credit Card to e-File, it was a Loser. Whether I tried to use my Intuit Account or Continue as a Guest, a screen popped and a big circle went around and around for hours. I tried everything recommended - shut computer off and restarted, cleared cache and cookies etc - all numerous times. Finally after two days and numerous wasted hours I gave up and got ripped off for $40 from my Federal Refund so my Taxes would finally transmit. Please Intuit fix your online store as I see in various Forums that I am by no means the only victim.
