Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Easy to Use TurboTax is so easy to use. It took only 15 minutes to pull in my 1040 info from my W-2 and online financial accounts. I'm a retired widow now, so I truly appreciate how easy and fast it is to do my taxes. I will continue using TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes doing taxes easy! I've been using TurboTax for years to do my taxes. Never really had any major issues with the program. The only issue I had this year was when I tried to transmit my returns electronically, I was charged $45 for the audit defense, which I never added nor wanted; however, there was no way to remove the fee so I just ended up paying for it cause I wanted to submit my returns. So, my major complaint this year is the $45 fee that TurboTax forced on me.
