Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax did ok this year. Turbo tax is easy to use but I was surprised that it did not catch an error prior to transmitting the tax return to the IRS. This error caused my tax return to be rejected by the Federal IRS and State IRS. The error was easy to fix and resubmit, but I was just surprised Turbo Tax did not catch the error during its final review process. To fix the error I needed to enter my wife's AGI from last year as she and I filed as single last year. No where during the entry of our information did Turbo Tax ask for this information. Therefore, there needs to be an update to the software to take that into account when taxpayers go from filing single to married filing jointly. But, other than this, Turbo Tax worked as expected. By the way, the nickname below needs to go if you want people to provide feedback. I got an error saying nickname already in use. How silly is that? So, 2 people in this world cannot have the same nickname?
