Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Turbotax is extremely easy to use. This is the only positive. Absolute rip off as far as the amount of money you charge for this service. With the IRS breathing down our necks now, this is ridiculous and an absolute robbery of hard earned money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy and thorough! TurboTax was very easy to navigate and understand. It allowed me to review each section very well and let me know what needed my attention. Also, purchasing the premium package was well worth it! This allowed me to contact the experts when I was stuck on an item(s). However, one draw back, it's too pricey and the bundles aren't necessary. I think if the charge to use Turbo Tax was cheaper, more people would file the taxes using Turbo Tax.
