Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax is awesome to use! This was the first year I filed my taxes by myself, and thankfully turbotax walked me through it flawlessly! I have always been afraid of doing my taxes, but this year I was able to be comfortable enough to do it myself, without the aid of an accountant!

The first time, I was just having some trouble navigating through the various federal and state menus to enter certain data. This first encounter was very helpful, as they helped me garner additional refund $ because of last year's federal stimulus payment. The second time, I got a more inexperienced helper. The TurboTax system was saying I couldn't file my state return electronically because of some esoteric tax credit I had no knowledge of. They did not solve my issue, BUT, when I logged in the next day, all seemed to be fixed on my account.
