Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great step out, but hidden fees It was great that it help you walked through everything step by step, but at the end there was hidden fees to file. So not only do you pay for the product, but they also charge you at the very end to file. And of course if you live in California that state also charges you a fee to e-file, why am I not surprised!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Extremely User Friendly! The Turbotax software took me step by step through Federal and state returns. I had one question and I was able to talk to a representative within 5 minutes and they called me back after I registered my question on line.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best So you pay for live, when you are on live they didn't answer specific questions to the situations just told you where to click, I can just google it like ive done in the past but though this year would be different. Person just rushed and kept saying click continue as i am trying to read what i am even clicking, so in my case was useless. But because i spoke to someone i was stuck paying the full amount. Then on top of it they want you pay more for other protections just make it all in one or something im here oh okay this isent to expensive then BOOM buy this then BOOM buy this.
