Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it easy for anyone to file taxes I have used TurboTax for more than 10 years. I have found it to be very user-friendly. It is also cost-effective compared to an accountant, especially if you don't have too many complicated forms to fill out. One year I took it to a tax prep service, and they charged me $50 per form (and I had 5), and it was a form I could have filled out on my own.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average TT wouldn't let me delete a business from last year, was annoying to have to enter information that wasn't accurate. TT let you enter far more characters than the field allowed, and made you update it during the electronic filing stage TT did not offer good explanation and direction for converting a Pension distribution to a Roth IRA TT did not allow for access to the actual forms, which would have been very useful
