Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed this Year I think it is a shame that you have to charge for one 1099-B for a senior citizen's return. And the continuous pitching to upgrade is very annoying. You could earn a lot of points with seniors if you would give the ones with very simple returns a break instead of trying to upsell.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Moving deduction should be more clear If you moved you could get tax deductions, but they buried the lead on that by not telling you that only military moves qualify. I spent thousands moving my family across the country and here I was thinking I could write off some of these expenses. Tell people up front the moving deduction is ONLY for military members!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, flexible and fast Very intuitive and easy to use. Was able to sync my investment accounts and W2's from employers to really speed up the process. Used the live assist a couple times with certain form questions and was able to resolve all issues.
