Rated 4 out of 5 by from One problem with instruction clarity We have been using Turbo Tax for years, but this year ran into a problem with entering W2 information. Specifically, the problem was my understanding what was needed to be entered from W2 Line 12. I entered A for the 12A box number instead of D for the type. I also entered B for the 12B box number instead of DD for the type. Since A and B were options, troubleshooting didn't catch the problem, which I was determined to find since it resulted in me having to pay $25,000. A little clarity on the explanation rather than just a drop down menu would help.
