Return was rejected and the next day talked to Jane and we were able to fix problem and sent my adjusted return off. Both patient, kind and top professionals. Couldn't be happier! And at no cost!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Deluxe Being that it was my first time doing my own taxed online the process was fairly easy, some of the questioned/terms could have been explained better for a better understand of what is being asked. The repetitive upgrade recommendations was annoying, all the way through showed the recommended product use (free version or deluxe) was should 3 times each time I was told I could use the free version once I was finished I was told that I had to use the deluxe version.
