Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax- Because why pay for your own money! TurboTax makes me feel like i can handle my own accounting. I may not have a degree in accounting but as an American citizen, i shouldn't have to in order to collect my benefits! Its easy, its fun to see the information and click on tools to better your knowledge! i guarantee a lot of people have learned a lot from this website. No adult wants to admit they don't know the meaning of a mortage and exactly how many tax brackets & credits exist.

The first person I got said she was not a tax expert and couldn't answer my question regarding the 1099-R form. Why am I not getting a tax expert when I upgraded to Live Tax Help? She had to transfer me to another person who didn't sound like she knew what she was talking about either. She was guessing and couldn't answer my questions fully. She also never fully reviewed my form. So I paid a lot of money to upgrade for tax help and didn't receive competent help.
