Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made it easier, although it is a bit pricey Made preparing taxes a lot easier, although it is a bit pricey for seniors on Social Security, it is a lot cheaper than an account or tax preparer. Plus so many questions and paper work needed to take to a tax preparer, whereas since I have all the info, I can just follow the questions and answer them myself. Hope I get a discount next time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax a poor 2020 It stunk this year. It said I could deduct 300 for charitable contributions. I gave closer to $1000. It kept bringing me back to review in the form. No clear direction. Finally accepted it when I put in 100. Confusing and frustrating and no way to get help unless they up sell you. I use to like Turbo Tax but I'll probably go with H & R after this poor performance.
