Rated 2 out of 5 by from Maybe time to find another software I find Turbotax getting more burdensome to use. I've been using for about 20 years and have been satisfied with it. However, the price has been escalating and I find when there is something to correct or review I end up in an endless loop trying to get it to file for me. I had already entered some of the data for this years return yet it still took me about 3 hours to complete.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax with some challenges I have used Turbo Tax for at eight years. Overall, I like it. I always have a few minor challenges that I am able to work through. This year I got frustrated because it showed me with an HDHP and my husband but I don't have one. It is only my husband. I redid the section multiple times but it would not get rid of it. When I did a search it said in the rare case that it will not change it (I wonder how rare it is?), that I would need to remove the W-2's and reenter. So, I did that. It was a pain. Sometimes it is hard to get clear answers to questions. I would still recommend Turbo Tax but seems like this should get fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing SO easy Everything from the graphics, to ensuring all of my situations are accounted for, TurboTax makes this a breeze. I have moved states multiple times and I don't have to worry about filing incorrectly. I've used them for the past 7 years and I will continue to use them over and over again!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Useful but Misleading I'm using them again this year because it's what my boss goes through. But last year, randomly getting hit with the $80 charge even when I didn't know I wasn't going to get my refund is somewhat unforgivable.
