When I request help I don't seem to always get a Tax expert and I had one employee that didn't know how to fix my return and seemed to waste a lot of time before they transferred me to a Tax expert. Plus I was very upset with the fact that when I went to pay, my cards were not accepted and I was not shown the total I was going to be charged before Intuit tried to take the money. I was only shown the total before taxes and fees and if it wasn't for an employee from my bank that told me how much Intuit was trying to charge my card, I wouldn't have know how much I had to have available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many Plans/Extra Charges I work for a company that won't give us W2s, they classify our work as contract and send 1099-secs. The filing for this is almost the exact same but a different form but because it has a different name I have to pay an extra $89. This really just does not seem necessary or in the customers best interest.
