After dealing with this program and Customer service for 2 days I am still questioning the programs ability to do my taxes correctly

Also unclear why Turbo Tax is trying to sell Created Karma to me. It was unclear in the end but I went through the process and thought I was getting my credit score for a moment there but it appears to have gone through.
